Vice President of Product

We are looking for a Vice President (VP) of Product who will play a pivotal role in the future of Vatica Health.

Our VP of Product will be responsible for collaborating on the vision and executing the development of our healthcare technology products to improve healthcare for patients, providers, and payers.

This person will oversee other product managers and owners, collaborating with the product strategy, marketing, sales, business, operations, and support teams, as well as contributing to the overall vision for our annual product roadmap.

We are looking for an experienced product leader with a track record for driving new product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and market leadership.

The VP of Product will play an important role in guiding the future of Vatica Health’s innovative and disruptive solution.

This leader is accountable for ACV and pipeline growth for the products, working in strong collaboration with our go-to-market product strategy, sales, sales enablement, alliances, and marketing teams, as well as engineering, UX and product management organizations.

We are seeking a client and design-obsessed VP with the ambition, experience, and passion to help take Vatica Health Product and Corporate Systems Portfolio to the next level of success.

Responsibilities
Help collaborate with product strategy on the vision for the future of the Vatica Health product platforms and corporate systems portfolio.

Develop and lead a team of creative and collaborative people and link performance to overall business objectives Develop and execute annual product roadmap & plan in collaboration with product strategy, marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support, and product teams Responsible for the end to end product life cycle.

This includes annual roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success.

Work very closely with development, QA, user experience, documentation, and other product teams to execute the product development for Vatica Health product and corporate systems.

Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.

Translate customer requirements and use cases into functional designs.

Lead a team of product managers, designers, developers, quality engineers, and technical writers to build new features in an agile development methodology.

Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners, and customers.

Create compelling demos for internal and external use.

Actively participate in industry events, customer briefings and advisory boards and social media communications
Requirements
High energy and passion for the job Leadership DNA, proven ability to excite and lead a product team Equivalent of 10+ years of product management or similar experience.

Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.

Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.

Professionalism, dedication, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Strategic & creative thinker with the ability to contribute to go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing Demonstrated knowledge of operational issues with (portfolio management, risk management, etc.) Able to formulate and implement national strategies for products Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the research, design, and development team Strong project management skills and attention to detail Understand the user experience and design Able to distill product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to key customers and partners Drive product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills and Experience:
Experience with SaaS enterprise product management.

Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
Deep familiarity with the technology landscape
Prefer experience with healthcare products (ideally risk adjustment and quality of care initiatives)
