Location: REMOTESalary: negotiableDescription: Our client, a very fast-growing women’s health company is currently seeking a Marketing Manager!

Position based remotely and very innovation focused.

Newly added headcount due to growth and new product launches in 2021.

Reports directly to the SVP, Marketing (who has a very strong CPG/OTC consumer healthcare background).They are seeking a Marketing Manager who is optimistic but never satisfied, who maintains high performance standards, has highly effective communication skills, brings new thinking and additive experience to our fast-growing women’s health company, has a strong point of view, and is energized by doing things that don’t come with an instruction manual.

Responsibilities: Work closely with SVP, Marketing and senior management in support of new product launches in 2021 and on pipeline innovation strategies.

Developing advertising & promotion programs, packaging design, and helping to achieve profit margin/business plan objectives.

Developing and managing relationships with cross functional teams is key.

Business analysis, budget tracking, project management, and communicating brand promotion programs to the Sales and Customer Care teams.

Drive product strategy, product development priorities and release plans throughout the product life cycle from initial concept ideation and pre-launch programs through development, launch, and ongoing sales & marketing initiatives.

Lead market analysis/research to maximize product launch and growth opportunities.

Provide support and ownership in the creation of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, including promotional plan, pricing strategy, collateral creation, ecommerce website development and brand management.

Ensure best in class product content, including packaging and marketing materials.

Work with agencies and other marketing vendors to develop product campaigns including material development, ecommerce website, digital marketing efforts, social media/influencer programs, direct mail/print advertising and development of new marketing tactics.

Analyze research, current market conditions and competitor information.

Identify and address (potential) issues and opportunities.

Develop and deliver training materials for internal stakeholders (e.G.

sales, customer support) Attend HCP tradeshows and conferences to promote product, as necessary.

Partner with sales to develop physician thought leaders as product advocates.

Regularly perform market, pricing, and profitability analyses, and use to recommend strategies and priorities that will improve the product market position.

Create and track monthly financial performance and key metrics.

Develop proposals to address evolving sales trends.

Work with management team to prepare product forecasts to include revenue and expense expectations.

Analyze sales trends over time and impact of competitive strategies.

Support forecasts and budgets with appropriately detailed marketing plans.

Manage the marketing budget, including samples, for the product.

Maintain working knowledge of changes within women’s health / pelvic health category Experience/Skills: 5-7 years experience in healthcare marketing and communications.

Proven ability to build and execute holistic marketing strategies and programs that drive results.

Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud a plus.

Ability to translate insights, whether behavioral or scientific, into effective marketing tools for all customer segments (HCP and Consumer) Strong knowledge of digital marketing Driven, passionate, and entrepreneurial with unquestionable work ethic About my client:They believe science is the key to unlocking the potential to women living healthier lives.
