Summary:

The Senior Manager, CB Marketing Performance will have responsibility for leading Cox Business’ marketing performance efforts, including leveraging marketing mix and attribution data, developing actionable marketing dashboards, and providing measurement/recommendations on marketing campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will serve a critical role in providing data driven insights to continually drive better sales and marketing performance.

We are looking for a leader who brings deep practical experience in driving omni-channel marketing optimization through integrating marketing mix/attribution data, deliver real-time performance measurement and provide meaningful insights.

The ideal candidate will be empowered to manage internal and external resources to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful data/insights.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Advanced Marketing Analytics and will provide the organization with actionable data/insights across all marketing and sales channels.

Responsibilities:
Provide holistic timely data and insights to continually drive marketing performance.

Develop/manage a performance dashboard across traditional (TV, Direct Mail, etc.) and digital marketing (digital media, email, etc.) through sales (calls, chats) and web channels (web visits, lead forms, etc.).

Leverage MMM and MTA data to drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Drive the development of end to end measurement in an imperfect reporting environment.

Lead the integration of marketing performance data through an evolving CRM/Martech ecosystem.

 Work with marketing leaders and agency partners on developing and managing a learning plan to foster continuous improvement Responsible for delivery of statistically sound marketing performance analysis and high-quality executive-level readouts to key internal/external stakeholders Perform quality checks on attribution/marketing mix modeling output to ensure validity and business sense Develop & manage measurement roadmaps to provide continued enhancements marketing performance reporting and optimization opportunities
Qualifications:

Minimum:
5+ years of experience with an impressive track record in marketing performance reporting and optimization.

Strategic thinking, courageous innovation that reshapes markets, and a creative approach to marketing optimization.

A forward-looking leader, unbound by what has been done, what is traditional, and what has worked in the past.

Excellent diagnostic skills to analyze, identify discrepancies and opportunities within MMM/MTA and marketing performance data, offering guidance and interpretation.

Particular strengths in media mix modeling optimization, specific but not limited to digital, search, email, account-based marketing (ABM) and traditional tactics to ensure maximum ROI and tracking on all media investments.

Deep marketing campaign experience, with a track record of analyzing creative/media actions and providing impactful insights and recommendations.

Ability to take complex analytic solutions and be able to articulate/story-tell to enable actionable insights and operational decisions.

Preferred:
Business Marketing experience BA or BS degree in marketing, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent advanced analytics work experience desired.

MBA or Master’s Degree (preferably in Marketing Analytics, Data Science or Statistics) preferred.

Working knowledge of SFDC Marketing Ecosystem (i.e., Datorama, Marketing Cloud, Interactive Studio, Pardot)
