nnAssociate Product Manager Classics FTWnn nn Associate Product Manager Global Classics Footwear nn nn Purpose: nn nnAssist the Product Manager in the management and delegated ownership of the Product Creation Process for the Global Classics footwear range with a focus on Commercial product assortment and special makeups for key accounts.

Support the Product Manager in providing analysis, data and information to drive the categories in commercialization.nn nn Key Accountabilities: nn nn Technical Communication nn nnPrepare, update, and maintain seasonal briefs, reports, forms, and/or templates for product lines and other types of informationnn nnAssist and/or provide content for seasonal sell-in needsnn nnActively participate in cross-functional creation process specific to Commercial range and special makeups (brief handover, prototype review, costing review, Rendered Virtual Samples (RVS), sample confirmation, etc).nn nnEffectively and efficiently navigate and use Reebok software tools and systems (Marketing Portal, Digital Marketing Tool, Straub, Talkoot, etc)nn nn Manage Business (Processes and Projects) nn Communicate updates, status quo of relevant projects, and business results to relevant team /project members, business partners, and others in a timely and appropriate manner nn Product Strategy nn nnAssist / create product presentations for team, executives, Go-To-Market (Virtual Handover/Final Check), and any other key milestone meetingsnn nnAssist / execute the product line, product, and/or category life cycles from conception through sales and distribution.

Including briefing, range planning, product confirmation and market adoption.nn nnHave cursory knowledge and understanding of strategy and business objectivesnn nn Industry, Market, and Consumer Acumen nn nnUse relevant and appropriate resources to accurately determine, anticipate, and validate current and future trends, competition, retail landscape, and cultural driversnn nnMake accurate assessments and projections of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses in the global market relative to the Reebok brand, products, and product lines including market presence, tactics, merchandising, and trendsnn nnMaintain current information of Reebok and industry factors that can affect products, such as material, technology, and consumer feedback and insightnn nnAccurately assess the impact consumers have on the marketnn nnGather and apply market research and / or consumer feedback to accurately anticipate and fulfill consumer needs, and identify consumers and trendsnn nn Financial Aptitude nn nnAnalyze net forecasting data to assess and validate margin projections and weighted marginsnn nnAnalyze buying volume reports to determine areas of the business to invest and drive volume/net sales.nn nn Knowledge Skills and Abilities: nn nn Planning and Organization nn nnWork independently and perform a variety of tasks with different levels of complexity by developing effective plans and organizing his/her work efficientlynn nnThink and act in a goal-oriented manner, prioritize, and complete tasks in order of importancenn nnMeet calendar deadlines and deliverablesnn nnRespond to changing deadlines and deliverables adeptly and with resourcefulnessnn nnParticipate conscientiously and with accountability in own, cross-department, and cross-function teams, and facilitate effective team outcomesnn nn Communicate with Others nn nnTransport information effectively in individual and group situations using the most appropriate and effective medium, such as, but not limited to, presentations, meetings, one-to-one situationsnn nnConvey messages verbally and visually in a clear, concise, and accurate way during meetings, telephone / video conferences such that interpretation is consistent and accurate, and need for clarification is minimalnn nnReceive and give feedback in a positive, constructive mannernn nnCommunicate point of view strongly, yet diplomaticallynn nn Manage Relationships and Diversity nn nnTackle conflicts proactively and find constructive solutions together with his/her counterpartsnn nnCooperate well and effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds within and outside of the companynn nn Qualifications: nn nnCollege degree, preferably in marketing/businessnn nn2+ years experience in product management, sales, merchandising, development, or marketing.nn nnComputer skills, ability to process and understand data and numbers.nn nnAbility to work within a cross functional team environment.nn nnStrong verbal communication and presentation skills.nn nnComfortable working on multiple projects at one time.nn nnAbility to take direction and work independently and in team environment.nn nnData entry experiencenn nnAnalytical abilitynn nnSense of urgency.nn nnAdaptable and willing to learn.nn nnAt adidas we have a winning culture.
