Robotic Process Automation Developer


This is a Full-time position in Norcross, GA posted May 10, 2021.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, REMOTE Kelly Services is seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer for one of our top clients in Length 05102021 to 11092021 (Contract to hire W2) Type Contract W2-There is no “per diem” with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position. Pay Rate 35.00hr. (W2)-Flex Schedule EST Business Hours The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will play a support role within the Enterprise Automation Center of Excellence. They will coordinate with the RPA Controller to investigate automation incidents, assess root causes, prioritize, and implement fixes. Additional responsibilities will include developing enhancements to existing automations and maintaining accurate automation documentation. Responsibilities Problem solve issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and provid timely responses and solutions Develop fixes to incidents Serve as back-up to RPA Controller as needed Update automation run books with incidents experienced and how resolved Work with Functional Analysts and other Developers to understand existing automation solutions Work with Functional Analysts to understand automation requirements Interface with business SMEs and stakeholders to validate requirements and automation performance Develop enhancement to existing automations following the Automation Life Cycle (ALC) Design Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions Configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand Create and maintaining solution documentation (e.g. PDD, SDD, test plansresults, Run Book, User Guide) Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process Support Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, CS, 3-5 years of experience in an IT related role supporting development and implementation 1-2 years of work experience with Blue Prism and at least 2 implementations as well as RPA experience Understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution Experience with developing software requirements and managing projects through the SDLC Experience with process improvement and optimization IT projects Familiarity with the Waterfall and Agile software development processes Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop internal and external relationships quickly Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of overall experience and 1-2 in RPA, namely Blue Prism RPA software.
