If that’s you, get ready to do Veeamazing things.At Veeam, we are in search of a Product Marketing Manager to help drive our cloud-native backup and recovery offerings.

Reporting to the Principal Product Marketing team lead, you will be responsible for owning the overall product messaging and positioning, use case stories and web content for the product offerings along with serving as the company’s subject matter expert for your particular product.

This includes Messaging, Go to Market Strategy and creative cross functional marketing activities that appeal to both technical decisions makers and IT administrators.

In this role you will partner closely with product management, technical product strategy/evangelism, campaigns, and regional marketing & sales.Product responsibilities include being the product marketing and business owner of the Veeam’s backup and recovery solutions for hyperscale public cloud IaaS/PaaS offeringsDevelop product messaging and positioning that differentiates Veeam by understanding customer needs, competitive differentiation, and market dynamics.Plan and execute product/feature launch efforts across cross-functional teams (spanning Product Management, Marketing, Support, Sales & Channels) and related enablement.Collaborate with sales to understand & support ongoing enablement and maximize impact of messaging for the multi-cloud ecosystem.Build first and best content in the forms of presentations, battle cards, white papers, etc.

that will be used by sales (direct and channel) for positioning Veeam to prospects and customers.Develop messaging, positioning, sales and customer facing collateral in coordination with your peers in the PMM and Product teamsCollaborate with peers contributing to the GTM strategy for your products target audience and buyer persona in coordination with sales and enablement teams.3+ years product marketing, product management experience in the public cloud(preferably), software or technical B2B space.Self-Starter mentality who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and lead efforts autonomously.Knowledge of public cloud, IaaS, PaaS and understanding of backup industry is highly desired.Eager storyteller who can articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision.Strong technical acumen with ability to quickly synthesize technical content into ‘positioning’ for non-technical audiences and craft messaging that connects with both internal stakeholders, partners and customers.Leader who is comfortable in a start-up like environment and who can operate independently to build out new programs and initiatives for an emerging segment.Team player who can work across an organization to build a plan, get alignment and execute it.Customer-first mentalityBachelor’s degree required in (preferably) Computer Science, Engineering or Marketing/Business Administration.Willingness to travel up to 20%.Veeam Software is an equal opportunity employer and does not tolerate discrimination in any form on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, citizenship, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law.
