Capability Manager, Healthcare – Telecommute (CT or MN preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:
Point of contact to drive and own communication to our business partners working in collaboration with our Business PO Collaborates and understand the Business Product Vision and Roadmap
– where are we now, we are we going Creates and participates in the build of the product vision for IT and the IT roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision Work with a cross-functional teams as needed in planning a product release Collaborates, captures and documents business requirements into Rally as Capabilities / Features / User stories as needed Advocates on behalf of the customer for the development team Collaborates closely with the development team and the Scrum Master Owns feature, defect, enhancement, backlog refinement and prioritization Articulates or providers Product analyst detailed user stories with actionable acceptance criteria to enter into Rally Ensures user stories are “ready” for development to start work Defines and ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria (given, when, then Gherkin format) Participates in daily scrum calls working with SM to remove blockers or answer follow-up questions Orders the items in the product backlog to best achieve goals and missions Ensures that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all Optimizes the value of the work the development team performs Shows and communicates what the Scrum Team will work on next Accepts features as they are completed Receives feedback and takes action as appropriate Answers questions as the customer representative when needed Runs DEMO to business stakeholders on functionality delivered by sprint Has authority to add or remove work from the sprint, cancel / change the sprint direction after discussion and communication with the business product owner Drives close collaboration and participation with the development team.

Key participant in agile development events including planning, refinement, review, retrospective, the sprint and daily scrum During planning activities will work with stakeholders to determine the content and steps required to deliver the next iteration at a sprint, release or product level Within weekly refinement sessions, will work with the development team to define, elaborate, estimate, order or delete product backlog items During retrospectives, collaborate as part of the team in determining and selecting improvement actions.

Prioritizes defect or bug resolution Tracks progress towards the release of a product Develops personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts Create and send official release implementation details to key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in business, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience 4+years of experience as a Product Owner, business analyst or related field experience In-depth understanding of agile methodologies including use of agile tools i.e.

Rally, AHA Comfortable working with in-house and remote teams IT technical background or high degree of understanding to translate requirements from business to Tech team Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel); working knowledge of software development If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.

When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas.

In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical Health care experience or understanding around risk adjustment, coding and compliance or quality measures Electronic Health record experience i.e.

Allscripts, NextGen or eClinical Works Excellent verbal and written communications skills Accurate and precise attention to detail Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with agile team, management, and internal and external stakeholders

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
