Job Description
: Marketing and Recruiting Support
Location: Cyber School, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Ft.

Gordon, GA 30905

IBEX IT Business Experts, LLC is seeking a Marketing and Recruiting Support employee for the Cyber School, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), Fort Gordon, Georgia.

This effort will support the Cyber School in recruiting the best qualified Cyber Soldiers and placing those Soldiers in the right military jobs/roles based on assessment results within the Army’s new Cyber Branch.
Minimum Qualifications
Must Have the ability to work in the United States Ability to pass Federal Government security/background check Must currently possess an active Secret security clearance Must hold a current valid driver’s license.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Minimum 4 years of marketing experience Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience Ability to manipulate numbers and make data-driven decisions Confidently speak and effectively debate data points
Travel up to 60% of the time annually from Fort Gordon, Georgia to various location to attend meetings, off-site recruiting events, participate in working groups and conferences in a TDY status.

Assist the Cyber School in meeting at least 80% of the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) annual personnel quota (training seats filled) through recruiting efforts for Cyber military personnel from the civilian and military population.

Be required to load and unload containers of Cyber recruiting paraphernalia (T-shirts, baseball caps, stress balls, mouse pads, jackets, pens, banners/storyboards) prior to, during, and after visits to colleges, universities, conferences, and organizations.

Submit quarterly order requests to the COR or appoint representative to re-order Cyber recruiting paraphernalia to maintain inventory at an acceptable level.

Create at least 10 marketing or recruiting themes per year based on guidance from the Commandant and his appointed staff on a monthly basis.

Assist with the design and development of storyboards and video scripts to ensure 80% of the annual Cyber and EW ATRRS quotas or goals are met.

Attend and participate in at least two (2) meetings per month to provide project statuses to the OCC management, Commandant as required.

If in a TDY status, contractor will dial-in to meetings via teleconference or VTC.

Send bi-weekly email reports to the COR.

The reports to the COR will include tasks and projects accomplished, tasks remaining, and identify any issues/concerns associated with the accomplishment of assigned tasks.

Analyze data and determine root causes of declines in recruiting numbers.

Conduct Return on Investment (ROI) /breakeven analysis to determine whether the objective is being met.

Work closely with OCC personnel to determine positive and negative recruiting trends, identify and de-conflict competing efforts.

Present innovative products and concepts on a quarterly basis (4 per year) to improve recruiting efforts.
Work Environment:
This job requires work to be completed in a office setting using standard office equipment.

The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
APPEARANCE: All personnel shall be attired in business casual clothing for daily work.

Attire worn should always ensure employees safety from working conditions (long pants, appropriate shirts and close toe shoes)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.

The employee must portray a professional business attire including closed toe shoes.

The employee must always keep the safety of government property secured and undamaged.

The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time exempt position.

Days and hours of work are Monday
– Friday from 8:00 AM -5 PM EST.
