Elation Answering Service is a telephone answering service seeking telephone operators to be located at our office in Macon, GA.

We operate 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

We are not a telemarketing company, we are an Answering Service to answer calls and take messages for physicians, professionals, and all types of small or large commercial or medical businesses around the United States.

We offer a diverse environment in both our clients and co-workers.

We currently have openings for full time hours (30/40 hours per week) evening and graveyard shifts, Bilingual (Spanish) is also a bonus.

We do not have set schedules so every applicant must have a flexible schedule and must be available to work every weekend and holidays.

Specific hours looking to hire are (8 hour) shift range from 11am to 12am (midnight).

Applicants must submit to a criminal background check and a drug test.

This is a unique and interesting job, where no call is the same.

We are currently hiring for all shifts.

Skills/ Requirements: * Positive attitude, enjoys fast pace working environment and can remain calm under pressure* Able to follow training instructions and coachable to support our scripted or non-scripted situations as they occur* Being focused and present when answering calls with excellent communication and listening skills, coupled with a pleasant calming phone voice* Type at a minimum of 38WPM * High accuracy level for spelling* Have a flexible schedule working 4-5 days a week *Must work weekends, and holidays* Strong computer skills and able to multitask and toggle between screens or applications* BILINGUAL(Spanish) operators (Must be able to speak English clearly) is a bonus* Medical/ Customer Service Experience is a plus* Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent (over the age of 18) and have reliable transportation* Must be able to report to an office and sit/stand while working at a computer for extended period of time Accountabilities: * Be Timely; the team and our clients will count on you to be on time for your scheduled shifts* Be Present; our callers can year you when you sound distracted or not listening, we want to show respect and listen and accurately capture the callers messages* Be Accurate; Listening and capturing every call the way it is expected within the script flow as required* Be Accountable; take ownership of each call and be accountable of your own actions* Be Reliable and Proud; no matter the situation or if you handle 50 calls or 200 calls in a day, we are more than JUST an answering service.

What We Offer: * Pay Comments: This is an entry level position starting at $13.50 per hour.* Our pay grades change depending on skills learned and willingness to move forward in the position.* Health & dental insurance* Life insurance* short term/long term disability, after 60 days* 401K plan after 1 year of employment.
